Michal a869f77070 merge: AgentProject membership — the junction is now load-bearing
Merges feat/agent-project-membership (task 166/152). An agent can finally join
many projects: membership routes, per-membership role and optional brain
override, chat resolving context from the membership, and CLI attach-agent /
detach-agent / get memberships. The legacy Agent.projectId fallback is kept for
this release as the schema comment promises.

Conflict resolved in main.ts: that branch added its RBAC case to
mapUrlToPermission inline, while this branch had extracted the function to
middleware/url-permission.ts so it could be tested. Kept the extraction and
ported the case into it — joining a team is `edit:agents:<name>`, not
`create:agents`, which is the authority to mint a whole agent.

Also fixes something the extraction makes possible. security.test.ts contained a
hand-copied reproduction of mapUrlToPermission, because main.ts self-invokes
main() and nothing in it was importable. A security test asserting against a
copy stops testing the system the moment the real one changes, and this copy had
already drifted. It now imports the real function; all 18 assertions still pass,
against the code that actually runs.

Local: build clean, workspace 2550 passed, lint unchanged at 794 errors.

Title: Implement Pause Queue for Model Studio

Status: done

Dependencies: 105 ✓

Priority: medium

Description: Add a pause queue in mcplocal that holds outgoing responses when model studio pause mode is active.

Details:

Create src/mcplocal/src/proxymodel/pause-queue.ts:

interface PausedResponse {
  id: string;
  sessionId: string;
  contentType: 'prompt' | 'toolResult';
  sourceName: string;
  original: string;
  transformed: string;
  resolve: (content: string) => void;
  timestamp: number;
}

class PauseQueue {
  private paused = false;
  private queue: PausedResponse[] = [];
  private listeners = new Set<(items: PausedResponse[]) => void>();

  setPaused(paused: boolean): void {
    this.paused = paused;
    if (!paused) {
      // Release all paused items with their transformed content
      for (const item of this.queue) {
        item.resolve(item.transformed);
      }
      this.queue = [];
    }
    this.notifyListeners();
  }

  isPaused(): boolean {
    return this.paused;
  }

  async enqueue(item: Omit<PausedResponse, 'resolve' | 'id' | 'timestamp'>): Promise<string> {
    if (!this.paused) return item.transformed;

    return new Promise(resolve => {
      this.queue.push({
        ...item,
        id: crypto.randomUUID(),
        timestamp: Date.now(),
        resolve,
      });
      this.notifyListeners();
    });
  }

  editAndRelease(id: string, editedContent: string): void {
    const idx = this.queue.findIndex(q => q.id === id);
    if (idx >= 0) {
      const item = this.queue.splice(idx, 1)[0];
      item.resolve(editedContent);
      this.notifyListeners();
    }
  }

  releaseOne(id: string): void {
    const idx = this.queue.findIndex(q => q.id === id);
    if (idx >= 0) {
      const item = this.queue.splice(idx, 1)[0];
      item.resolve(item.transformed);
      this.notifyListeners();
    }
  }

  dropOne(id: string): void {
    const idx = this.queue.findIndex(q => q.id === id);
    if (idx >= 0) {
      const item = this.queue.splice(idx, 1)[0];
      item.resolve(''); // Empty response
      this.notifyListeners();
    }
  }
}

export const pauseQueue = new PauseQueue();

Test Strategy:

Unit tests: enqueue returns immediately when not paused, enqueue blocks when paused, releaseOne/editAndRelease/dropOne work correctly, setPaused(false) releases all.
