Michal a869f77070 merge: AgentProject membership — the junction is now load-bearing
Merges feat/agent-project-membership (task 166/152). An agent can finally join
many projects: membership routes, per-membership role and optional brain
override, chat resolving context from the membership, and CLI attach-agent /
detach-agent / get memberships. The legacy Agent.projectId fallback is kept for
this release as the schema comment promises.

Conflict resolved in main.ts: that branch added its RBAC case to
mapUrlToPermission inline, while this branch had extracted the function to
middleware/url-permission.ts so it could be tested. Kept the extraction and
ported the case into it — joining a team is `edit:agents:<name>`, not
`create:agents`, which is the authority to mint a whole agent.

Also fixes something the extraction makes possible. security.test.ts contained a
hand-copied reproduction of mapUrlToPermission, because main.ts self-invokes
main() and nothing in it was importable. A security test asserting against a
copy stops testing the system the moment the real one changes, and this copy had
already drifted. It now imports the real function; all 18 assertions still pass,
against the code that actually runs.

Local: build clean, workspace 2550 passed, lint unchanged at 794 errors.

Title: Rename local-proxy to mcplocal

Status: done

Dependencies: None

Priority: high

Description: Rename the src/local-proxy directory to src/mcplocal and update all package references, imports, and build configurations throughout the monorepo.

Details:

  1. Rename directory: mv src/local-proxy src/mcplocal
  2. Update package.json name from @mcpctl/local-proxy to @mcpctl/mcplocal
  3. Update pnpm-workspace.yaml if needed
  4. Update all imports in other packages that reference local-proxy:
    • Search for @mcpctl/local-proxy and replace with @mcpctl/mcplocal
    • Check tsconfig references and path mappings
  5. Update any scripts in package.json root that reference local-proxy
  6. Update docker-compose files in deploy/ if they reference local-proxy
  7. Update documentation and README references
  8. Run pnpm install to regenerate lockfile with new package name
  9. Verify TypeScript compilation succeeds: pnpm build
  10. Run existing tests to ensure nothing broke: pnpm test

Test Strategy:

  1. Verify directory rename completed: ls src/mcplocal
  2. Verify package.json has correct name
  3. Run pnpm install - should complete without errors
  4. Run pnpm build - all packages should compile
  5. Run pnpm test - all existing tests should pass
  6. Grep codebase for 'local-proxy' - should find no stale references except git history
