Michal 1ee745dc08 CI: the artifact globs still said 'lab', the packages are 'labctl' ...

publish-rpm failed on its first real run: the build job's upload path
bastion/dist/lab-*.rpm matches nothing (nfpm creates labctl-*.rpm), so
the rpm-packages artifact was never created. The deb glob lab*.deb only
worked by accident of the underscore naming.
