homebrew-tap

Homebrew tap for mcpctl (and the bundled claude-vllm launcher).

brew tap michal/mcpctl https://mysources.co.uk/michal/homebrew-tap.git
brew install michal/mcpctl/mcpctl

mcpctl is a self-contained bun-compiled binary (Linux x86_64); its only runtime dependency is jq. The formula installs the mcpctl CLI, the claude-vllm launcher, and bash/fish completions. The binary is published as a release asset on michal/mcpctl.

In the Bazzite desktop-setup Pulumi project, mcplocal runs as a rootless podman quadlet container (not from this tap); this tap provides only the CLI.
