shamefully-hoist still creates symlinks to .pnpm store which bun can't follow (EISDIR errors). node-linker=hoisted creates actual copies in a flat node_modules layout, like npm. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
