**Details:**

Create src/mcpd/src/routes/epic-task.routes.ts:
1. GET /api/v1/epictasks - list with ?epic=<name>&project=<name> filters
2. POST /api/v1/epictasks - create
3. GET /api/v1/epictasks/:id - get
4. PUT /api/v1/epictasks/:id - update
5. DELETE /api/v1/epictasks/:id - delete
6. POST /api/v1/epictasks/:id/edges - add dependency edge { toId }
7. DELETE /api/v1/epictasks/:id/edges - remove edge { toId }
8. Register in main.ts

**Test Strategy:**

Route tests: test CRUD, test edge creation returns error on cycle, test edge deletion, test filters work correctly.
