Bumps the ttrss template to ttrss-mcp:1.0.1.

1.0.1 (repo michal/ttrss-mcp) fixes the API_DISABLED that blocked every tt-rss call: Node's global fetch sends Sec-Fetch-Mode, which tt-rss treats as browser-initiated and rejects unless "Enable browser-based API access" is on. Switched the client to node:http (no browser headers) — verified in-cluster getCategories status=0. Also set isError: true on failures so a broken backend shows unhealthy instead of silently green (the gap that hid this one).

Applied live on 2026-10-02; this PR keeps the seed in sync.
