Create src/mcpd/src/routes/epic.routes.ts:

||
|
|
1. GET /api/v1/epics - list with ?project=<name> filter
|
||
|
|
2. POST /api/v1/epics - create, resolve project name to id
|
||
|
|
3. GET /api/v1/epics/:id - get by id
|
||
|
|
4. PUT /api/v1/epics/:id - update
|
||
|
|
5. DELETE /api/v1/epics/:id - delete
|
||
|
|
6. GET /api/v1/epics/:id/roadmap - return epictask graph with completeness
|
||
|
|
7. POST /api/v1/epics/:id/tradeoffs - append accepted tradeoff
|

8. Register routes in main.ts
