feat: implement mcpctl install command with LLM-assisted auto-config
Add install command for setting up MCP servers with: - Server lookup by name/package from registry search results - LLM-assisted README analysis for missing envTemplate (Ollama) - Interactive credential prompting with password masking - Non-interactive mode using env vars for CI/CD - Dry-run mode, custom profile names, project association - Zod validation of LLM responses, README sanitization - DI for full testability, 38 tests 128 tests passing total.
