fix: update shell completions for current CLI commands
Add users, groups, rbac, secrets, templates to resource completions. Remove stale profiles references. Add login, logout, create, edit, delete, logs commands. Update config subcommands. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
